1/2 block cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 flour tortillas
1-2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
1/4 c. sliced strawberries
Melted chocolate, for drizzling

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until blended.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on one tortilla and sandwich with remaining tortilla.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add quesadilla and cook until golden on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until second side is golden. (Add second tablespoon of butter if skillet is dry.)
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, top with strawberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
