3 c thinly sliced zucchini
1 c Bisquick
c onion
- c parmesan to sprinkle on top
2 Tblsp parsley
tsp Lawry's Season Salt
tsp oregano
pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
c vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix together all ingredients except parmesan and zucchini.

Grease 13x9 pan. Pour batter into pan.

Shingle zucchini on batter.
Sprinkle with parmesan

Bake for 25 minutes.
