4 T. Butter (divided)
1 1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 small red potatoes, quartered
1 can (14 ½ oz.) chicken broth, divided
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 T. flour
4 green onions sliced

In a 12 inch skillet, heat 2 T. butter over medium heat. Cook pork 2-4 minutes on each side until tender. Remove from pan.

In the same pan add 2 T. butter add mushrooms: cook and stir until almost tender. Add garlic, cook slightly. Stir in potatoes, 1 ½ c, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.

in a small bowl mix flour and the remaining chicken broth until smooth. stir into mixture and bring to a boil, stir until sauce is thickened. Stir in green onions and add pork to pan and heat through.
