½ c sugar
1 c butter
2 egg yolks
2 c flour

Make dough by mixing all of the ingredients
Roll dough into balls the size of a marble
Dip into beaten egg whites and then into nuts
Bake for 8 minutes at 375º on an ungreased cookie sheet
Take out and make a hole in the middle with a thimble
Put back in oven until browned
Cool and fill with jelly
