1 ½ lb. Salmon Fillet
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
½ T. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. sea salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
2 T. light olive oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º Line a cookie sheet with foil. In a small bowl combine parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

Slice salmon into 4 portions and arrange them on lined cookie sheet. (skin side down)
Generously brush the top and sides of the salmon with sauce
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until just flaky. Do not overcook!
