Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cream: c butter
1 c sugar
1c flour
Add: 4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 16 oz Herhey chocolate sauce
Pour into 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool completely

Beat well: c butter
2 c powder sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp mint extract
Add a few drops of green food coloring, spread over cake

Melt: 6 Tbsp butter
1 c chocolate chips
Cool a little and pour over green frosting layer.
