1 C cornmeal
1 C water
1 tsp salt
2 C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cornmeal, water and salt, Add to boiling water and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly,

2. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Slowly pour into loaf pan. Chill and slice 1/4 inch thick. Flour slightly and brown in butter.
