1 head cauliflower
4 C chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 C half and half
1/C cup butter
1/2 C flour
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut up cauliflower. Mix chicken broth and bouillon. Add cauliflower and bring to a boil, Reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender.

2. Melt butter, add flour and mix with half and half. Add rue to pot and cook until thick.

3. Top with shredded cheese.
