1 LB BUTTER
1 LB BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 LB POWDERED SUGAR
1 QT VANILLA ICE CREAM, SOFTENED
NUTMEG OR CINNAMON STICKS

Directions:
Directions:
With whisk, mix all ingredients in large bowl. Blend well. Store in refrigerator in covered container.

Hot buttered rum:

In 8 oz. Cup, Mix 2 shots rum and 1 heaping TBSP butter mix. Fill cup with hot water and stir. Top with whipped cream, nutmeg or a cinnamon stick.
