3-4 lb roast (place meat in heavy foil)
Cut up 1 medium onion over meat
Add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in heavy foil. Cut up onion over meat and add bbq sauce. Fold over foil - cook 350º until done - about 30 minutes per lb. Meat steams and make own juice. Can add carrots and potatoes about 30 minutes before finished cooking.

Roast can be soaked in vinegar water over night in refrigerator.
Steaks - soak in vinegar water in refrigerator then tenderize and fry
