1 lb boneless pork (cut into thin strips)
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c frozen lemon juice concentrate thawed
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1/3 c honey
10 oz broccoli
1/2 c onions

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pork with flour. Heat large stir fry pan on high with oil. Add pork and fry until browned. Remove from pan and put aside. Turn heat down to medium. Add lemon juice, honey and soya sauce. Simmer until thickened, about 10 min. Add onions and broccoli. Stir fry about 2 min. Add pork and fry 1 to 2 min more. Serve with fluffy rice.
