Ingredients:	Ingredients: 425º 8X8" CAKE PAN 1 CUP FLOUR ¾ CUP SUGAR ½ CUP CHOPPED NUTS, IF DESIRED 2 TBSP. UNSWEETENED COCOA 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER ½ TSP. SALT 1 TSP. VANILLA 2 TBSP. OIL ½ CUP MILK ¾ CUP FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR ¼ CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA 1 ¾ CUPS HOT WATER

Directions:	Directions: PREHEAT OVEN. IN MIXING BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR WITH SUGAR, NUTS, 2 TBSP. COCOA, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. ADD VANILLA, OIL AND MILK; MIX WITH WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SPREAD IN UNGREASED 8X8 SQUARE PAN. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, ¼ CUP COCOA AND HOT WATER. POUR OVER BATTER. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE IS SET. SERVE WARM OR COOL WITH ICE CREAM OR MILK.
