Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 packages of Knorr Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice cooked by package directions (you can use chicken broth instead of water for added flavor)
4 boneless chicken thighs
1 lb. deveined shrimps
8 oz. andouille sausage sliced
1 cup chopped celery and onion
2 cups chopped peppers (any combination of red, green, yellow or orange)


Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, using a little olive oil, brown chicken, add vegetables and sausage
Cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and cut up. Return to the pan.
Add shrimp, cook until pink. Then add rice mixture. Stir and service.
