4 to 5 apples peeled and sliced

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs beaten fluffy
1/3 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder


Topping mixture
1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Butter and flour a bundt pan.

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add all wet ingredients
Mix well

Pour half of batter into pan, arrange apples on top, sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture
Add remaining batter. Arrange the rest of the apples on top and sprinkle the topping. (The topping is to taste, so make more or less as you like it)

Bake in preheated oven for one hour.
