Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb chicken breasts (not frozen)
small onion minced
2 carrots, minced
2 celery stalks, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon thyme
teaspoon dried sage
teaspoon dried rosemary
1 large or 2 sm bay leaves
2 tablespoons butter
6 cups chicken broth
cups wild rice ( I recommend Lundberg Farms)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a 6 quart crock pot

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is done. Rice should be done about the same time.

Shred chicken then stir back into soup and serve. (Soup will thicken as it cools.)
