2 pkg. refrigerated hash browns
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pint of sour cream
shredded Monterey Jack cheese, as much as you like
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, Save some cheese for the top. Bake at 350 for 40 min. (covered). Remove foil and brown under broiler.
