2 lbs. green beans (cut the ends off) cover with water in the pressure cooker (add water to the fill line)
4 cut pieces of hog jowl
1/2 onion sliced and cut into small pieces
3 tbsp. bacon grease
1 clove of fresh garlic (cut into small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Pressure for 20-30 minutes. Add peeled red potatoes (cut in half). Salt and pepper the green beans and potatoes to taste and pressure about 10 more minutes
