Raspberry Swirl New York Style Cheesecake Recipe

1 Cup Graham Crumbs
3 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP melted Butter

4 Packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sugar
3 TBSP Flour
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup Raspberry Jam or Compote

Heat oven to 325 F

Line a 9x13 pan with foil, letting the foil extend over the edges.

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time making sure the mixture is well blended after each addition. Pour over crust. Microwave jam for 30 seconds. Drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter. Swirl gently with knife.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
