Pumpkin Buns Recipe

1 Tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
cup sugar
3 Tbsp melted margarine
1 tsp salt
cup powdered milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
tsp cinnamon
tsp cloves, nutmeg, ginger
4-5 cup flour

Dissolve yeast in water. add sugar, butter, salt milk and spices
Beat well to blend, add flour gradually
Turn dough onto floured board and knead until smooth adding flour as needed
Turn dough into greased bowl cover and let rise until doubled 1 - 2 hours
Punch down to release air
Divide dough into small balls
Place on greased pan
Let rise until doubled 1 hour
Cook at 375 for 15-20 mins
