Wontons

Wonton Wrappers
Ground Pork, Beef or Chicken
Chopped Onion
1 egg
Salt
Pepper

Soup

Cooked Chicken
Carnation Milk (optional)
1 Litre of Chicken Broth
1-2 Cups of Shredded Cabbage
2 Medium Carrots
1-2 Stalks of Celery
Oil
Garlic
Onion

Directions:

Wontons

Wonton Wrappers
Ground Pork, Beef or Chicken
Chopped Onion
1 egg
Salt
Pepper

Fry meat with onions and salt and pepper. Let cool. Put mixture in the wonton wrapper, seal with water. Boil or steam the wontons.

Soup

Cooked Chicken
Carnation Milk (optional)
1 Litre of Chicken Broth
1-2 Cups of Shredded Cabbage
2 Medium Carrots
1-2 Stalks of Celery
Oil
Garlic
Onion

Saute garlic, onion and chicken until brown. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then add wontons. Add milk if you want a thicker consistency.
