1-1/2 lbs meat loaf mix (beef, veal, pork)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1 eggs
Parsley
Salt
Dash Paprika
Mustard
Catsup
Bacon

MUSHROOM SAUCE

2 T oleo
2 T flour
1 envelope G. Washington Rich brown seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 can sliced mushrooms + liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bacon strips. Place bacon strips on top.

SAUCE

Melt oleo, blend in flour and seasoning. Stir in water and canned mushrooms. Cook over low heat until thickened.
