1 cup sour or sweet cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
flour for soft dough so it can be rolled out

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs.
Add cream and beat.
Add salt and baking powder.
Add enough flour so that it can be rolled out.
Cut in rectangles or squares.
Deep fry.
Serve and fill with hot chocolate pudding.
