6 eggs
1 quart brown sugar (4½ cups)
2 cups self rising flour
1½cup melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Will make approximately 50 servings


1/2 cups eggs
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup pecans

Will make approximately 17 servings

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake at 375º F. until done. The larger recipe is to much for a 9X13 pan. Might try 2 pans. The smaller recipe works in a 9X9 pan. You may have to experiment to find the right size.
