1 can French-style green beans
1 can Shoepeg corn
1 cup small peas
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1 small jar pimentos

Drain all ingredients

1 cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper

Heat to a boil. Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight
