1 Large Shallot chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
Olive oil
14 cup vodka
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup marinara sauce (use equal amounts of sauce & cream)
fresh parsley
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan add olive oil, garlic then shallots and simmer. Be very careful not to burn the garlic or shallots as it will ruin the sauce .
Carefully introduce the vodka to the pan , vodka may flame .
Add heavy cream and cook to reduce before adding marinara sauce
Once sauce is a light orange color add parsley and cheese and serve over your favorite pasta.
