10 cups rhubarb cut fine
1 pound dried apricots
10 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut dried apricots in halves or quarters.
Soak overnight and precook in the morning.
Add rhubarb and precook.
Add sugar.
Cook until thick.
