2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. buttermilk
4 eggs-one at a time
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or until done. Punch holes in cake and pour glaze on while hot. (Glaze recipe follows).

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix well and boil for 1 minute. Pour over hot cake.
