4lbs of raw chicken; boned; skin removed
1 celery rib, cut up
1 carrot, cut up
2 tsp salt
water to cover

2lbs Broccoli, florets only

1 can (10oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
cup mayonnaise
cup reserved chicken broth
1 tsp curry powder

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken, celery, carrot and salt in a large saucepan. Add water to cover. Cook until tender, about 35 minutes. Remove bones. Cut meat in large slices or pieces Arrange chicken in center of 9x13 inch pan. Measure and reserve cup of broth.

2. Steam broccoli in boiling salted water just until tender. Drain. Arrange around chicken.

3. Mix soup, mayo, reserved chicken broth and curry. Pour over casserole.

4. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in 350 oven until hot and cheese is melted about 35 minutes. Leftovers can be frozen
