1 stick melted butter
⅔ C light sour cream or buttermilk
1 la½rge egg
3 C flour
4 t baking powder
½ t salt
½ C sugar
1 t vanilla
½ C cinnamon chips

Combine eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Set aside

Mix all dry ingredients in mixer
Add melted butter and mix until it looks like small peas

Add sour cream mixture and cinnamon chips.

Mix until just blended

Divid dough in half.

Roll out a circle 1 inch thick on a floured surface
cut into 6 pizza wedges per circle

bake on an ungreased baking sheet 375º for 15-20 minutes
