Ingredients:  
1 C softened butter
½ C sugar
1½ C flour
1 t vanilla
¾C crushed potato chips (cape cod)

powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, until light in color
Add vanilla
Add flour
Fold in crushed potato chips

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet

Bake 350º 12-15 min.
Edges will be slightly brown

Cool and dust with powdered sugar
