3 eggs, well eaten
1 C raisins
1 t vanilla
1 C butter
1C brown sugar
1C white sugar
2½ C flour
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
2 C oatmeal
¾ C chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, vanilla & raisiins in a bowl. Cover, and let sit for 1 hour

Cream together butter & sugar. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix Well
Blend in egg raisin mixture, oatmeal and pecans. Dough will be stiff.

Drop by heaping teaspoons onto an uncreased cookie sheet

Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes
