1 lb bulk sausage meat
1 1 /2 c zucchini shredded
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c creamed cottage cream
1 1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pastry for single crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet then drain off fat. Press liquid out of zucchini between paper towels. In a bowl combine eggs, sausage, zucchini, cheeses, salt and pepper. Put pie pastry in pie plate and fill with mixture. Bake at 375ºF until knife comes out clean, about 50 min.
