1 (2 lb) fully cooked ham centre sliced 1" thick
1/4 c frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
1/4 c rum
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp each of cinnamon and ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but ham into a saucepan. Simmer uncovered five min. Stir occasionally. Grill ham over medium coals 10 to 15 min or under broiler until golden brown brushing occasionally with sauce. Turn over and grill 10 to 15 min more while continuing basting. Cut ham into serving size slices and top with sauce.
