Dressing:

3/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 large garlic cloves

Salad:

Romaine Lettuce
Tomatoes
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Large Croutons

Optional:
Fresh Ground Pepper
Fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all dressing ingredients in food processor or blender and mix at high speed.

Toss all salad ingredients with dressing in desired proportions. If desired, top tossed salad with fresh ground pepper and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

You can vary the proportion of oil to vinegar as desired. You can also substitute cider or red wine vinegar, but you may want to reduce the amount to 2-3 Tbs.

This is my all time favorite salad dressing. It is also amazing on pasta salad. I use it when I make my Mediterranean Pasta Salad, which I have also included.
