3 tbsp. olive oil
6 cups broccoli flowerets
Salt to taste
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
1/4 sliced scallions (green and white)
1/2 cup Panko crumbs toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet and saute' broccoli until it softens a bit then add scallions and garlic. When broccoli begins to brown some, add the cream. Simmer until cream is reduced and begins to thicken.
Add the cheese and nutmeg, stirring until melted. Combine and season to taste. Sprinkle toasted Panko
crumbs over the top and serve
