8 0z SpinachTortellini (cheese)
4 0z Parmesan Cheese
6 0z Jar marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz Can garbanzo beans (rinse)
8 oz Can kidney beans (rinse)
1 red onion sliced thinly
16 oz Creamy Italian Dressing
1 Avocado sliced
24 Cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 lb sliced or cubed salami

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini in boiling water till done. Drain with cold water. Marinate in Italian Dressing with above ingredients- 6 hours. Add avocados, tomatoes, and salami as being served.
Enjoy!
