Ingredients:  
8 c. potatoes, diced
7 c. water
1/2 c. onion, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
salt
sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Fat Free sour cream

Note: I add instant potatoes to thicken.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, combine potatoes, water, onion, celery and salt; cook 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
In a frying pan, cook sausage, drain off grease; add to potatoes.
Remove from heat, add sour cream, stir well.
Keep warm to serve.

Note: I add instant potatoes to thicken.
