1-1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2-1/4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
4-1/2 T. sugar
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped green peppers.

Note: if using store bought meatballs, omit first 5 ingredients(bread crumbs, milk, meat, salt and pepper.)

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, moisten crumbs with milk; add beef, salt and pepper; mix well.
Shape mixture into balls and place in baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, catsup, water, chopped onions and green peppers; mix well; pour over meatballs.
Bake in 350 oven, uncovered for 1-1/2 hours.

Note: Instead of baking, I make in a crock pot.
