2 to 2-1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. ginger
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Salt chicken pieces; place in baking dish.
Mix together all other ingredients; spread over chicken.
Bake in 375 oven for 1 hour or until done.
