Cinnamon Capsules: 50 mg. capsules

Clove Capsules: 450 mg. capsules

Ginger Root: 1 gram capsules OR
tea: 1/2 tsp. ground ginger spice in boiling water

Nutmeg: DO NOT use more than 2 T. ground spice per day

Turmeric capsules: 400 mg. capsules

Cinnamon Capsules: 50 mg. capsules; 1 capsule taken 2 times daily. Benefits include: lowers blood sugar; lowers cholesterol; normalizes blood pressure; reduces fever; relieves bloating and indigestion.

Clove Capsules: 450 mg. capsules; 1 capsule taken 2 times daily. Benefits include: natural relief for gastrointestinal discomfort from gas and/or flatulence; lowers blood sugar; lowers cholesterol; fights fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes; eases pain of toothache.

Ginger Root: 1 gram capsules; 1 capsule taken 2 times daily. OR 1/2 tsp. ground ginger spice in boiling water as a tea. Benefits include: treats nausea, morning sickness, acid reflux, motion sicknss; treats coughs and colds; stimulates the heart and circulatory system; antibacterial; promotes appetite and digestion.

Nutmeg: DO NOT use more than 2 T. ground spice per day. Can be made into a tea. Benefits include: natural remedy to relieve discomfort of diahhrea and abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting; stimulates the cardiovascular system; promotes concentration; reduces joint inflammation; help the liver remove toxins.

Turmeric capsules: 400 mg. capsules; 1 capsule taken 2 times daily. Benefits include: antioxidant; anticancer; lowers cholesterol; Alzheimer's disease (amyloid plaque reduction); anti-inflammatory - shuts off COX2 enzyme; stimulates the body to release its own cortisone; prevents gallstones.
