1 refrigerated pie crust
2 c. half and half
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/3 c. green onion (chopped)
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. goat cheese (crumbled)
1/2 c. cheddar (shredded)
1/2 c. mozzarella (shredded)

Heat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, mix half and half, eggs, green onions, salt and pepper. Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Stand 10 minutes before cutting.
