4 tazas de leche
2 tazas de agua
1 palo higante de canela
1 1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) Tableta Chocolate
6 onzas. Piloncillo o azúcar de caña
1/2 taza de harina de maíz

En una olla mediano, cocine la leche junto con el piloncillo, la canela y el chocolate hasta que se disuelva. Esto tomará 6-8 minutos.Mezcle la harina de maíz con las 2 tazas de agua hasta que todos los grumos esten disuelto. Si es necesario, use un colador para obtener una mezcla fina.Añadir la mezcla de harina de maíz a la olla y revuelva. Mantenga a fuego lento a fuego lento y mantener la agitación durante unos 8-10 minutos más hasta que el chocolate tiene una ligera consistencia de salsa.
