1 C unsalted butter
8 oz semisweet chocolate
5 large eggs
1/2 c sugar
4 tsp flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. melt butter and chocolate, remove from heat. In another bow, beat eggs & sugar until sugar dissolves. beat egg mixture into chocolate until smooth. beat in flour until just combined.
2. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour batter into lined or sprayed cups.
3. Bake until batter puffs, but center is not set, 8-10 minutes. Carefully lift from tins to cool.
4. Top with sugared raspberries or strawberries.
