1 1/2 sticks butter creamed
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups zucchini grated
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk

Cream butter and sugar together and beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add zucchini. Whisk all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in dry ingredients alternating with milk to the butter mixture. Pour into greased and sugared pan (can be Bundt pan or 9x13 or 2 9 inch layer pans). Bake 45 minutes for the 9x13 or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost with your favorite chocolate or white frosting.
