1 Onion
1 package cream cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
salt
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and caramelize the onion in the olive oil and butter. fSeason with salt and pepper. Mix into cream cheese. Refrigerate. Serve with potato chips.

I am crazy about French onion dip! My friend Mary Davis had a birthday party for her beau Tom and her friend Craig made this dip!
