Dough for 2 crust pie (I use store bought in red box - Pillsbury, I think)
5 eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
2 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups chopped walnuts (I toast them)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare pie crust and line bottom of 9" pie plate with half the dough. Combine the eggs, sugar and butter. Stir in vanilla, flour, chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into crust and cover with remaining crust. Seal edges and pierce top with a fork.

Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.

Serve warm or cool with ice cream drizzled with creme de cacao.
