2 pounds Yukon potatoes, peeled and cubed
stick margarine, melted
t. black pepper
t. salt
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. chrein (horseradish)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 . On a baking sheet, combine potatoes, margarine, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chrein. Mix to coat potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 hours.Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
