1 old hen
onion
salt/pepper
8 cups flour
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 old hen in a soup kettle. Add chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste.

To make Gashtel dough:

Mix 8 cups flour and 8 eggs together.

Dough will be stiff.

Grate dough on newspaper to dry - 3-4 hours.

Debone the chicken. Throw the skin away or feed it to the dog.

Put chicken and dried gashtel in broth.

Boil and Enjoy!
