¾ c. oil
1 c. sugar
8 T. potato starch
2 T. vanilla sugar
2 t. baking powder
2 20-oz (567-g) cans
crushed pineapple,
drained
(You can save the
juice for drinking,
or process it with frozen fruit
and sugar for delicious pineapple
flavored ices.)

Mix and pour into two 9-inch round pan or a 9x13 pan. Bake until light golden.
