Ingredients:  
9 egg yolks beat until thick ( at least 5 minutes)
1 1/2 c sugar Beat in gradually.
1 1/2 c flour
Beat in alternately with 1/3 c cold water
1 1/2 t almond extract


Beat until stiff
9 egg whites
3/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually and gently cut and fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten whites. Pour into angel food pan. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes in 325 oven.
